Financing department?
Purchased a new vehicle as a senior wanted to protect the car so the bumper-to-bumper would extend to 10 year 100,000 miles as given by Hyundai three year 36,000 mile warranty due to the quality of my credit. I was receiving a 1.9% APR, so I told the gentleman to give me Hyundai extended 10 year 100,000 mile protection plan without telling me, he sold me A second rate protection plan that was not Hyundai and was not what I asked for unfortunately I found out after the fact, but I also found out he made a much higher comm on the sale very untrustworthy finance department buyer beware!!!!!!!!!

Rewarding satisfying
What can I say? So much…I leased my second car there from Manny. Manny is indeed the man! Professional, courteous, and most informative! Love this guy. He leased my Hyundai Tuscan 2022 2 1/2 years ago and yesterday leased my 2024 Hyundai Tuscan to me. Love the service the friendly welcome and every positive feeling I get when i walk in. From everybody else as well! Finance department excellent! Informative, friendly, and positively wonderful to do business with! Thank you to Manny and his Hyundai family!

Service Department is awful!!!!!
The service department desk personnel here are totally incompetent. I have never dealt with a dealership with such poor customer service and with such lack of knowledge of the vehicles that they service. I would advise anyone NOT to bring their vehicle to this dealership for any type of service. This service department after 3 years and several days of my vehicle being left at this dealership still are unable to explain or find the cause of a roof leak that constantly leads to the center console light shortening out and needing to be replaced along with water entering the vehicle. I'm hoping at this point that's the only damage. As of my last visit instead of removing the center console light and the front headliner and checking for damage and to make attempt to locate the cause nothing was done with the exception of them running water over over the sunroof while the so called technician sat inside my vehicle. I was advised the next day when I picked up my vehicle that nothing else is going to be done and that the bulb in the center console will cost me $120 to replace.
What a disgrace!

Quality Care & Customer Service
I'm in awe of the customer service provided by the service department. Everyone is so willing to help in any way they can and they make you feel so comfortable whether talking to them on the phone or in person. My husband owns a Hyundai and I own a Nissan. I took my husband to get his car fixed and the level of customer care and service that my husband and I experienced was OUTSTANDING!! Makes me want to buy a Hyundai cause you truly care about your customers. Kudos to the Service Department!!

Terrible experience
I got pre approved for a car and I put a deposit down waiting for the car to come in. They called me when the car came in and said I was no longer approved.

The Worst Service Department
My father's car was towed there on July 5, 2022 due to an engine recall. I was told it would take 10 days to look at the car and diagnose it. Today is July 27, 2022 and they still haven't looked at the car. I have spoken to corporate 4 times...still no phone call from a case manager. Every time I call Hyundai 112 service, I am told they are extremely busy and they take appointments first. They didn't have a loaner car, so he is now in a rental at $2600.00 a month!!!! This is unacceptable!!!!
