Repairing my car was a challenge. I suspect this was due to the car being almost brand new so obtaining replacement parts was difficult. To make things crazier, one of the parts that came in was defective and had to be re-ordered and replaced! However, the managers were wonderful about keeping me informed of progress and responding promptly to my inquiries. The Collision Center even paid for a rental car for me because of the delay!
The car looks great, and I am pleased that the time was taken to get the repairs done correctly. I would definitely return to them again.
