Issues with scheduling service appointment
I am writing to express my frustration with the scheduling process at your dealership’s service department. I have made multiple appointments only to be told upon arrival that my car may not even be looked at for a couple of days. This raises a fundamental question—what is the point of scheduling a service appointment if a technician is not available to assess or work on the vehicle at the scheduled time?

I have dealt with other dealerships in the past, and they do not seem to have this issue. When I schedule an appointment, I expect that a technician will be available to work on my vehicle that day, just as planned. The continued turnover of service staff at your dealership should not be a burden placed on the customer, nor should it result in unpredictable delays.

I strongly urge your management team to evaluate and improve your scheduling system so customers receive service in a timely and reliable manner. If there are unavoidable delays, there should at least be clear communication regarding realistic wait times and expectations prior to me bringing in my vehicle.

Note that your service consultants are extremely friendly and apologetic, this issue, to me, is by no means a complaint against them.

I hope to see improvements in the way service appointments are managed at your dealership. I would appreciate a response outlining how you plan to address these concerns.
