Very grateful of how they worked to get some unanticipated repair done and my car back to me in short order, and they kept me apprised of the progress. The estimate was more than I initially expected and as I thought about it, I figured I might be able to find somewhere where the cost might have been a little less, but I wouldn't have had the confidence that the parts were quality and the work was done correctly as I know it is done at Hud's, and that's worth it. And I know if I ever have an issue with the work (which I never have over the past 10 or 12 years), then they would stand behind it. There isn't an overall better place to have work done on your vehicle, from friendliness to quality. I am grateful to have my 24-year-old Toyota still on the road, thanks in large measure to Hud's.
