2 HR OIL CHANGE
What service facility do you know that takes 2 hours for an oil change? Actually, they performed additional services but failed to inform me of those services at the time of arrival. If I hadn't asked the Service Advisor why it was taking so long, I would not have gotten an explanation that recalls were being performed until such time as they had completed all services. They need to inform their customers of services to be performed and time requirements prior to starting the services. What if I didn't have the time to wait?

Micheal,  yes your right we should've let you know before we performed the recall, just to let you know that the dealer ships take hit everytime a vehicle leaves her without the open recall taken care of.
