Great experience! Mark was great and not pushy! He explained everything and even called me after the purchase to see if I had any questions. My only complaints would be the market price adjustment, definitely over paid for the vehicle, and not having a large selection of vehicles to choose from. The Palasade we wanted that they had didn't have leather and we wanted leather. Mark explained we could pay and they could send it to be installed so we went with that option. I will update my review after it is installed because I do not want any issues such as scratches or additional mileage after the install is done. As of now, my review is great and hope that doesn't change!
