I bought my Equus in May of 2015. In June of 2015 I was out of state traveling at 70 mph when my first wheel liner released and damaged the right front bumper. The wheel liner was replaced but no offer to fix the bumper. When I purchased the car I paid for an extended warranty. For several years I talked to many local body repair professionals and paid to have it fixed but not replaced. Nothing I attempted held permanent. So I finally replaced the bumper through an outside source to save $$. The sensors were not working. So Dept Manager George during some other inside problems offered to reduce the bumper harness from $500 down to $385. The day I decided to proceed, the repair manager Paul told me George and his supervisor Gordon Stewart decided to as I was told "Take the deal off the table". They cannot be trusted. Once you make a business offer, your word must be trusted.
