What prompted me to write again, is that for two years now we've been trying to fix the installation they did on my Procharger Install on my C5 Corvette. We couldn't figure our why the procharger tensioner unit an belt keep failing.
We finally found out just today, affter three belts and two tensioners and about $1000, that Howard Automotive didnot install the .130 spacer the tensioner requires in front of the tensioner for correxct alignment.
Can't say anything god about ths guy. He balmed it on he was doing all the work himself and didnt have time to properly do it.
They never followed up when promised to fix some faulty installations, never did find the parts they lost off my car, and wouldn't call me back.
Not Good!
