I requested a quote for repairs on my car. I didn't hear from them after two days and went back to get my car. They said they "looked at it" but didn't have a repair estimate yet. I asked for my car keys and they charged me $115 for nothing, holding my car hostage if not paid. This has never happened before in my 57 years of car ownership.
