I came in for bumper repairs, a rear-view mirror repair, and AC repair. They completely botched the bumper by drilling noticeable screws into it, and it is still not properly fixed. The rear-view mirror fell completely off, and they replaced it with a used one that doesn't even work. To top it off, after paying a lot of money, my AC is still broken.
When I returned the next day to address these issues, I was met with a horrible attitude and was openly yelled at by David Johnson, the Manager of Sales. Save your hard-earned money and find a better business to work with than Horne Hyundai.
