Bought a 2022 vehicle then had a recall. Made an appointment. After dropping it off they have us come pick it backup because they don't have time? Why the appointment then? The 2nd appointment we show up and supposedly we're not on the books. Finally we get in But in order to get our car fixed we have to sign this waiver? Then we have to push for our loaner. If they don't have a loner then u they should get a rental for us.They give us a loan but its filthy. Its full of dog hair,cockroaches, fleas, and who knows what else! After the last couple years of covid you think it would be sparkling! It smells disgusting. Supposedly while fixing our recall they break our windshield & cant tell us how long it will be? They still have our vehicle for 3 weeks now. Every time we try calling nobody answers their phone. Nobody has gotten back to us as far as an update.We are looking to purchase a new car but will definitely stay away from these guys! Seriously someone needs to look into these guys.
