Our family had repair issues with 2 separate cars the same day and went to Honest-1 for the first time. I dealt with a lady and a gentleman at the front desk, both on the phone and in person. They were very professional and very timely in communicating with me the repair diagnosis, expected costs and turnaround repair time. Excellent experience.
