I needed a new Air-Heater fan. The job was quoted up front to be from $500 to $600. When picking up the car, the bill was well over $1100, and they never called me to keep me in the loop or ask if I still wanted it done. Also, I didn’t receive a printed report on the Parts and Labor costs. I supposedly got an oil change, but there was no window sticker indicating it was done, and the old sticker was left there. The fan is noisy and rattles when on 3 or above. Not a good situation, and feels very Dishonest.
