Once again, Honest 1 Auto came through for us. We brought our Cadillac Escalade in to have the oil change done (I travel 45 minutes because of the service, could get it done 10 minutes from my home but choose not to). They also installed my car carrier for me before my trip. Everything as excellent, everyone was professional and we were on our way. On the trip to the east coast we had a problem with the passenger back door handle coming off. Very unusual as this door is never used much. Called back to Honest 1 who told me to bring it in when I returned and they would handle it. Once I returned the work was completed along with a brake fluid flush and the car is in tip-top shape again. Love the owner, Karen and each of the repair guys are so friendly and welcoming. Hate to need repairs but they always make is easier. Love, love, love this place.
