They were on the expensive side, but didn't try to extract extra work from the job. I felt like they had little time to answer my questions or give explanations. I was hoping to learn more about the maintenance they did, and which maintenance was important versus just heresay (i.e. do you need your injectors cleaned?), but they weren't patient with their explanations. The office was quite crowded when I was asking, so perhaps that is why. When calling for a quote on a job they were also impatient with the idea that I would call multiple shops to get an idea for what prices in the area are. After my repair the wiring to my dashboard came loose so I lost my speedometer and power steering. The jobs I did ask for seemed to have been executed well, although maybe rushed because of the sloppy clean up in the wiring.
