I walked in and was greeted and I explained what had happened with my 2020 Honda Accord and the lady said we don’t buy parts and can’t work on it unless we assess when I had already had it assessed by Honda World. (I had rear break pads and rotors replaced and needed a pigtail sensor put on to stop the brake system light and sound to reset). Honda World charged $165 to confirm this and I had the paperwork and a video to show. But the HondaPro front desk lady said they’d still have to assess it there, charging $80-140. Not friendly or helpful at all with something that is an easy fix. Very disappointed in the lack of hospitality and service. All I need is someone who can put this part on and reconnect it and reset the brake system. It really isn’t too much to ask.
