Ali(OWNER) is one of the most professional and genuine shop owners I’ve met. I brought in my Lexus LC500 (140K CAR) for high-performance brake pads and rotors, and the level of detail he put into the job was incredible. He was friendly, transparent, and kept me updated the whole way through.
Even when I forgot to bring a few new parts (TOTALLY MY FAULT), Ali found a way to reuse my old sensor, saving me both time and money. Most places would’ve just charged extra or delayed the job, but he focused on getting results and doing it right.
