Poor customer service
HAS ANYONE ELSE GONE THROUGH THIS......
November I had a recall on my suv so I contacted them about scheduling for the two recalls (they tell me how backed up they are) and in December before I get to bring it in the damn motor starts losing power and knocking mind you I get my oil changed regularly and etc so l get it towed to them the beginning of January of this year (although they said they were backed up they say they can get me in and out and put it as high priority cool l'm at ease but little did I know it was bs)
My adjuster NEVER calls nor updates me I always get information from his colleagues I had to pop up there twice then I get him on the phone last month to see if the vehicle has gotten approved for the motor for my warranty then he tells me I'm number 19 and they're currently servicing number 12 so cool I'm excited but still nervous because they never call and update me.
So boom Friday I call to check on things because they said I can't get a loaner vehicle until they actually put my vehicle in their shop. Why does one of the colleagues get smart and say you can come get it if you want we're on number 1 and your vehicle is number 27. I asked how is that possible if I was just told something different then he says well it goes by what vehicle was here first well why did you all get to mine before others if that was the case and why wasn't I informed of all of this he says well I don't owe you a lie neither does my colleagues. Honey when I say I was livid because if you couldn't do it just tell me and for you to be an smart a$$ was not professional and you people aren't even taking things into consideration I'm still paying a $600 truck note and $400 insurance and rentals OUT OF FREAKING POCKET. If I wanted to save for a cash car like I was trying I couldn't with bills steady coming. I just don't understand how people can be so insensitive when they have vehicles that can do the exact same thing. I hate I'm experiencing this I just loss my child stressed about this mess had me high risk and everything in my 30 years of living l've never experienced migraines until now I just pray they hurry and fix my vehicle right so I can go on my way and never do business with them again I hate this place and I just went back on my daughter birthday and they just lied even more about the entire situation I’m just over it
