Above and beyond
I cant thank Ty and our service manager enough. We literally just bought a brand new car from a another dealership......Big mistake. My wife was 9 months pregnant and the car was not driving right. It was shaking when the car went over 60 MPH. My wife was extremely scared to now drive the car especially when she was so close to delivering a new baby. We did not have an appointment she just came in before work and voiced her concerns. Most dealerships would have said that there is nothing that they could do, as well as tell her to come back another day. Not here they were not only able to fit her in but they were able to find some things that was not right on the car and fix them so that the car would be safe not just for my wife but also for our child. They could have so easily said that they were busy and just pushed it off, but they did not. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were all safe. Ty also did a great job or making sure the car was safe as well as explain everything that he found, as well as put my wife's mind at ease. This is the type of customer service that is lost and not seen anymore. I will never take my car to another dealership. Thank you guys so much for keeping our family safe.
