Consistently excellent service
This is my second year working with Hoffman’s on my now aging Saab 93. The diagnostics were spot on and price super fair and the service was prompt. What more could you ask for? :-)

Great mechanic, honest, and fair
I brought my Toyota Highlander to Erik after a friend recommended him. I had numerous bad experience with the dealers and did not trust what they have been telling me. I told Erik what the dealer said needed to be done. One of the items was replacing supposed cracked ball joints, Erik said the ball joints were fine, no cracks or movement and no replacements was necessary. The dealer also told me that I needed to replace the drive belt but I had changed it just 17k miles before at the same dealer. Erik said the belt indeed needed replacing but he showed me the belt and said there was no way it had been replaced 17k miles ago. So I believe the dealer charged me but never changed it and that’s why in subsequent visits they told me I needed to replace it. Erik provided excellent service, looking the vehicle over and providing a complete report with photos for my review. We then talked by phone and he gave me an estimate for the work that was needed. He finished the work the same day and the vehicle ran great when I picked it up. I finally found a great local mechanic, bye bye dishonest Toyota dealers.

Slow leak in tire
Eric did a great job of diagnosing how our car's tire had a very slow leak. Namely, due to a leaking valve stem which he managed to replace.

Restoration and repair of my 2005 Saab
This was my first experience with Hoffman Foreign Auto. Due to aging my Saab needed numerous repairs and replacements. Eric worked diligently to find the parts needed and did the needed repairs. I am so happy to find someone who can do the work and has pride in his workmanship.
