Very poor customer service from sales manager, Rusty
Very unprofessional And dishonest, will never buy another car from Hiley Hyundai again. Very Bad
communication, Manager rusty will tell you anything to sale you a car and to top it off he will tell you he's gonna make everything right after selling you a car that should have already had a five star inspection before being put on their car lot as a certified car that has been in a previous accident, but the Carfax showed No previous accidents. Which was a big lie! Then my son brings his car back to the dealership the next morning after buying the car to show Rusty all the issues with the car. So they gave my son a loaner car for like a week and it seem like my son's car seemed like it just sat and not really been touched or treated in a manner of them wanting to fix it because everything that Rusty told my son and I that he would be fixed was not fixed, and they even scratched his paint on his 2025 car which mess it up even more just overall very bad experience/nightmare but I guess that's what happens once they get your money!!!
