John tries to adjust scheduling for my benefit. He also gives repair options about what should be done now and what can be delayed. He provides repair cost estimates including a phone call when unexpected issues come up such as parts availability/delays or a higher cost than originally estimated and why the difference. His mechanic's are trained to use machines and software designed for in-depth analysis of my specific vehicle. Best repair service that I have ever used.
