A Good Find at H.P. Auto Center
In January I took my car to H.P Service Center because of some issues. When going over a road bump I heard scraping. And when turning the steering wheel, I heard groaning. I also asked them to do an overall maintenance check. They repaired the undercarriage shielding and installed a new bolt into the center shield. They also removed and replaced the defective power steering hose assembly and refilled the fluid. In addition, they found that the rear brakes were very worn, so they replaced the rear brake shoes. Beyond all this, they identified several other problems. The radiator fins were quite corroded. The left front lower ball joint was loose and the front sway bar links were deteriorated. They advised me that both sway bar links and one control arm should be replaced. Along with this, a wheel alignment needs to be done at that time. Following their advice, I brought back to car to them in February. During both days of service, they took care of everything, all while looking to save me money here and there. Finally, I had been hearing squeaking when I pressed on the brake pedal. For this, they lubricated the front brake pad contact points and slide pins - for free as a customer courtesy. I know almost nothing about automobiles and am very dependent on others for it. H.P Auto Center corrected all my problems and resolved all my issues. They even identified other emerging problems that I was not aware of and resolved them as well. I feel fortunate that I found H.P Auto Center. For me they were "a good find". Thanks for your service!
