Come to find out, a heavy oil leak was spotted, and I decided to get it changed Firestone instead because I didn’t trust them to do another repair if they missed this.
There were also other items they missed in their inspection that I got on a list with Firestone.
The lady did call over to the other place while I was in the lobby to ask about what they missed.
They did apologize and offer me a $25 coupon off for future service.
I believe this should have been caught by them.
An honest mistake that could have ended very differently for me had Firestone not caught it.
