Excellent HONEST People
I was referred to Higgins by 2 of their customers. They got back to me faster than expected. Although, it was bad news for my situation they kept EVERYTHING COMPLETELY HONEST with me. Essentially, they saved me Thousands of dollars when anywhere else (based on experience) would have NOT given me the FACTS!!!
