Great service
They were great. Approx time quoted me was 2 hrs. It was done in 45 mins. Very efficient and did excellent work installing passengers side mirror. I highly recommend them.

vehicle computer control system malfunction
Was recommended by other local mechanics to try Hi Tech for my malfunctioning BCM and vehicle systems control. I wanted to avoid going out of town, as that required a tow ect...They agreed to take a look and then recommended bringing it to the dealer as it seems to need reprogramming after the possible replacement of the BCM. We all knew this might be the case but it was worth the try. They charged me for an hour of diagnostic labor which was totally fair and provided a summary of the findings for me to relay to the dealer.

Summary of my satisfaction with repair
The service i received at High Tech Auto was superb. Because of a time crunch, Mark even found an earlier spot for me. Both issues were resolved in the estimated time and I am back in the driver’s seat! Well done, High Tech and Mark!

#One for me is that I trust them to treat me honestly and fairly.
I have been going to Hi Tech for years and they have always treated me with respect and honesty. They have kept my old cars running in tip top shape. I highly recommend them, especially for women who are not savvy about car maintenance. They have fair prices and do quick and efficient work. Thank you gentlemen.

Fiat Latch Release for Hood.
Happy withe work. Fiat has weird inventory systems (I've had other instances) so it took awhile to get the right part. Installation was quick once the correct part was procured. Will go back for other services.
