Linda said it was a very positive experience and she really appreciates them cleaning her mats. She has to take her vehicle back in because two of the lights they put in, went out.
Darius said they did not have the proper parts to service his vehicle. They ordered the parts right away and took care of the problem as needed. He said he felt his time and business were appreciated and he felt wanted. They provide quality work and this was transferred to the staff who work there. Jill and Jim, both service representatives there, are very awesome. He recommended they refresh their waiting lobby to make a more decent waiting area.
