Intelligent mechanic and trustworthy service

Just discovered Herzog Automotive and was very happy with the service. Was trying to clear check engine light so i could sell the vehicle and Jacob was able to diagnose the problem very quickly.

Jakob diagnosed the problem that two other mechanic shops could not

Other mechanic shops told me the problem was the turbo’s which I replaced and still had the problem. Jakob properly diagnosed the problem as the exhaust manifolds which are a know defect in my ford ecoboost. He spent the time researching and resolved the manifold defect. The price was very reasonable and I am very happy. Jakob is a very knowledgable professional!

I have to give Jacob his props! After two other mechanics attempted my repair, with no success, I was very fortunate to meet Jacob Herzog. With his experience he was ablle to help me fully understand knock sensors and the computer functions. I appreciate his knowledge and experience. I appreciate his patience and honesty. Solves whatever problems are thrown at him!

I work at Palomar College in the Trades & Industry Departments handling Diesel and Auto Tech. No matter what engine issues that my extensive family has had Herzog finds a solution.
