I would avoid Mike in the finance department at all costs- he added a $2,900 service contract to the sales paperwork after we specifically said we didn’t want it. I wasn’t expecting that kind of shady behavior at this dealer since I’d bought a Wrangler from Herrnstein JDC in the past. We won’t be making that mistake again.
