We specifically told Mike we didn’t want their $2,900 service contract when he went through the offers- and thought it was odd when he circled the contract option, but he reassured us he circled the correct thing. We discovered the $2,900 fee on the paperwork a few days later. I recommend avoiding Mike in the finance department at all costs. I bought a Wrangler from Herrnsteins a few years ago and had no issues at all, so we weren’t expecting this kind of shady behavior. We won’t be buying from them again.
