I took my 85 year old mother to look for a car at Chillicothe Herrnstein Hyundai. During the buying process she had a medical emergency. She wasn't able to complete signing the paperwork. The next day our sales associate Jake delivered the new car (out of town) to my mother's house and had her finish signing all the papers and drove her trade-in back to the dealership. We can not thank Jake and the entire staff for going above and beyond with great service. My mother is doing well and we highly recommend Herrnstein Hyundai for all your car buying needs.
