Absolutely top-notch experience
Just completed a purchase of a 2022 Kia Forte. Saw it advertised online and I am in Cincinnati but the price and condition seemed very reasonable so I went for it. Thomas D. Was my salesperson and he was both super-knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. In less than 24 hours we completed the deal and Thomas actually drove the car from Chillicothe to my house in Cincinnati. They also shopped my credit (good) and got what I consider a very good rate (7.99%) from a mainline lender, so very happy about that aspect as well. If you’re in the market and see a car you like at their dealership, I would 100% recommend you talk to them. I also should give kudos to Fred K., the finance manager. He was extremely honest and no high-pressure tactics, which was also an A+ experience in my book.
