I try to never be negative on social media but this makes me mad. I hate it when people try to take advantage of women and young people.
I have a Hyundai they come with free service for a certain amount of miles I took my car in a few weeks ago on a Saturday and had the oil changed and tire rotated. It’s free so it’s a great perk.
My young daughter just bought her first car. it’s a Hyundai.
My husband called and set up her service. He told them this was a free service and made the appt. My daughter even took the paperwork with her. My husband actually talked to two different people just to verify that all the paper work she had was correct and what she needed when he made the Saturday morning appt.
My daughter took her car today and is told it’s not free on Saturdays. It’s a long drive. They knew when they made the appt it was free. It was the same conversation. It was free a few weeks ago with mine. No where does it say excluding Saturdays.
She did not argue. My daughter is quiet till she gets to know you. Expecting free paid $55.
Way to go Rome Hyundai next time I am bringing the car maybe you won’t try to take advantage of me.
