Smooth process overall. Derrick and Jarred stand out the most and we’re very helpful and accommodating. Derrick was pleasant, patient, and made sure to review all car options within the realm of what I said I needed. Jarred was also a pleasure to work with and really took his time explaining the technological features of the car to me- something I definitely needed! * It’s important to note that I didn’t give a 10/10 solely because my car wasn’t 100% ready for pick up on pick up day. It had an airbag light on and there wasn’t time for it to be fixed on my set pick-up day which warranted me having to come back and borrow a loaner while the light issue was resolved. Customer service was excellent and truly enjoyed working with Derrick and Jarred ( and the countless others who worked out various parts of this transaction)! Thank you everyone!
