I’ve been a dedicated customer for 15 years, until my last experience. While charging me $1430.00 to replace 8 spark plugs, 2 coils and both heater hoses they called me to say my cam phasers need repair and it would cost $4300.00. I declined that service and paid for the original repair and service. Upon leaving my truck ran no better than when I dropped it off and I asked what was up? They said it was the phasers. I drove my truck down the street on 7cylinders to Anytime Auto who found the wire unplugged from #3 fuel injector, plugged it back in and sent me on my way without a charge, engine runs great again. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles there again. I learned that Mike was transferred from their other shop in Buford which went out of business. Gee I wonder what will happen to Kens place in Houeston in the near future.
