Shandoffish service representative (relating to manner on which thongs were explained). After service was done, dealership had the audacity to request trading in my vehicle for a new or preowned vehicle. I hope I don't ever have to go to that dealership again. As a matter of fact, in the event I need to go to a Hyundai dealership for any reason, I'll go out of my way to avoid Hendrick Hyundai.

Mr.Holzheimer I apologize for the advisors manner I beleive what may have happened is his fear if the part you requested didn't fix your issue that he would be held to blame. I'm not sure why the sales department contacting you was upsetting unless you had previously requested no contact. Contacting customers is a very normal process for sales. Well again I apoligize for my advisors actions that were not correct and if I can ever be of any help to you in the future I would gladly do so. Have a wonderful New Year. Don Smith
