This is the ONLY repair service I will ever use. I have been to them multiple times and they never disappoint. They go beyond expectation to ensure that you receive the best customer service and the highest quality repair. If you have not been to the new Bessemer location, you are missing out. I dreaded the extra miles from Hoover but was totally worth it. I felt like I entered a resort. They knew my name, my vehicle and sent the repair employees out to discuss every detail and a timeline of when the repairs would be completed. They communicated with me continuously to ensure me that progress was being made and they would notify me as soon as complete. When I picked the car up, they came out to the parking lot and looked over everything with my husband and I, answered questions, and asked us to please call them if we needed anything else or had additional questions. Ashamed to say that I usually don't take time to do surveys but Hendricks made me want to share my experience. I will never take my Roo anywhere else and if you have a chance, just drive out to the new location and take a look. Walk inside and introduce yourself. You will get it!!
