Paul was nice and picked me up from the airport and was as good as any other dealer in that way but ultimately felt deceived. During test drive and even delivery the car ac was on and I could not smell smoke. Once home and in the sun the smoke was strong. I asked about this before coming to the dealer and was told it had not been smoked in. Once I told them about this they asked me how could the smoke just ‘appear’. They have done nothing to resolve the issue. Very disappointed.
