We specialize OEM approved repairs that return collision damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. No job is to big for us. We have 13 frame repair machines with computerized measuring equipment. Our staff is I-Car trained and OEM approved. Erica said their communication with updates could've been better. She got one follow up call saying the part was on backorder and it should be ready the following week, she was the one who had to call them the following week to see if it was ready because she didn't receive any follow up from there. A little more follow up from them would have been helpful. She didn't receive an estimate because it was a warranty claim. The personnel was super nice and she only dealt with the one person as far as communication went. She has recommended them and she chose this facility because she's been a customer of theirs for many years and has gone to their repair facility a few times as well.
