I took my car there to see why the airbag warning light was on. There diagnostic equipment found the problem and also discovered that the issue was covered under an extended warranty by the manufacturer. Ray provided this information to me, and this will save me a significant repair expense. He could have had his shop do the repair, and charged me. But he did what was best for me, the customer.
