I spent 5 hours at the dealership purchasing a new vehicle. They forgot to request the correct documentation so I could drive off the lot. The correct paperwork was never sent to my insurance company after I asked them to send it. They neglected to mention features that my vehicle didn’t have even though I told them what I wanted. And my brand new vehicle is already having issues. There is a piece on my back door that is loose. And it’s driving weird.
