Great to work with
While visiting Olympia, we found ourselves with serious car trouble - it was undrivable. We needed 12 plus hours of labor which they were able to take care of and we drove home the next day. Unfortunately when we got home, we found that another serious issue which, it turns out, arose due to the repairs made by the hawks prairie automotive shop (HPA).

When we called to discuss the issue, HPA was wonderful to deal with, they accepted responsibility, helped our mechanic back home resolve the issue and were totally professional the entire time. Our mechanic said he had never had a shop address a problem so smoothly or professionally. While what happened was not great, we understand that stuff happens and accidents/mistakes occur. The way the folks at this shop stood up, took responsibility and made things right is truly impressive. We definitely recommend them based on how they handled this incident by what’s right without argument! Thanks guys!
