Bad Brake Light
As usual I got excellent service . One of my brake lights on my 2005 Silverado was out and was still out after I inserted a new bulb. Scott and his mechanic discovered that the socket was distorted. Scott spent a considerable amount of time trying to find a matching socket harness online. He ordered 2 from his parts supplier and neither were quite right. The prongs on the bulb did not match the tabs that are meant to engage them in the socket. Eventually he and the mechanic figured out a way to alter the bad socket enough to accept the bulb. All was well. Once again the experience of the personnel at Hawker figured out a way to solve a frustrating problem. And my bill was incredibly fair.
