Quick, kind, courteous and helpful. Just a winter tire change today back to the all seasons. Sam noticed a back window wiper blade was well past its use, he called asked if I wanted it replaced. Wonderful, since I've been meaning to take care of it myself for months, but clearly never going to get to it.
