The Best
Out of the 20+ years I’ve been going to mechanics, I have never experienced service like I did at Harris.From the moment I walked in, they were so welcoming. But what really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. They didn’t just look at my car, they took the time to educate me on what to look for and how to understand what’s going on with my vehicle.I went in thinking I needed brakes, struts, and more. Honestly, most mechanics would’ve agreed just to take my money. But not them. They were honest, transparent, and truly focused on saving me money instead of upselling me on things I didn’t need.The job actually ended up taking longer than expected because of poor work that had been done on my car before I came in. Throughout the whole process, they kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on.Moving to North Carolina and not knowing who to trust has been stressful, but I can confidently say I’ve found my go to mechanic. I will absolutely be referring everyone I know to Harris.
