I finished my visit and went out the door saying to myself, I would recommend this shop to everyone. I only needed a car inspection for renewing license plates which was done very quickly. While waiting, I overheard a mechanic explaining and apologizing to another customer for needing an unexpected part that would take an hour to get; did she want to come back another day or wait. She appreciated his spirit and was happy to wait. When I checked out, the attendant ask for my card and then came around the counter to put it in the machine because the absent minded Grandma did’t see the machine sitting at her elbow. She was so pleasant and gracious I would do business with her any day. They certainly know how to appreciate and respect their customers. Thanks so much for affirming me as a person worthy of respect.
