Take the time to read, stay away
Commenting in hopes someone sees it before hiring Harris to do any work. They've had my truck on and off since August 2025, and it's now October. My truck was blowing hot, and I assumed I had a ac line leak. They told me there wasn't a leak, just the control panel needing replaced. They charged $350 to do this, and when I got the truck back it didn't blow at all. They continued by putting 3 or 4 new control panels in, and in the end said they finally fixed it, but now there was a leak and needed another $530 to fix it. I ONLY agreed to continue because they confirmed the truck was blowing properly now. I took it home and it's not blowing at all again. I went in today and they now say it's likely not the control panel at all, but they only agreed to refund $335 dollars or leave the truck with them again after being argumentative and treating me like an idiot. My issue is simply the fact they tried the control panel multiple times, never fixed the blowing issue, lied and said they did so I'd spend another $530 to fix the leak, and now they say it's not the control panel at all. Such a scam. Stay away!!!
