Upfront Customer Focused
I had a 100K mile service appointment for my vehicle scheduled shortly after a hurricane hit the area. When I arrived for the appointment, I was cautioned that none of parts suppliers were open and delivery service was likely to be disrupted due to the fuel shortages. Rather than chance getting stuck needing a part they suggested it might be better to reschedule. The appointment was move a couple weeks and the service completed successfully. I know I can trust Harold's to not only take good care of my vehicle, but my time and needs as well.
