Cliente VerificadoI call Ms. Loowry concerning her experience with us. I explained to her that the person who originally gave her the quote was new and failed to mention that the price of the tires did not include mounting and balancing nor did it include taxes. The cost of the two tires was $205.40 and mount and balance was only $27.00. I did notice however she was incorrectly charged for tire a rotation. I apologized for the $15.00 rotation fee and refunded the mount and balance due to a miss communication on our part. She has come in and picked up her check for $42.00.
