GUIDANCE WITH A DIFFICULT DECISION
Recently, after the transmission failed, I had to make the difficult decision to repair or retire my little two-door 24-year-old Honda Civic, to which I have a huge attachment for many very serious reasons. After the diagnostic work carried out at Hari's Service Center, followed by fair, thorough and sound advice, I made the decision to retire the car. Hari & Robert and team, supported by Sue at the front desk, had performed excellent maintenance on my car since I brought it east from California, making it possible to reach the 189,555 miles it achieved. I always appreciated that they gave it as much care as if it was a gleaming new Mercedes. We are extremely lucky to have Hari's Service Center located in the Niskayuna community; it is a pleasure to do business there. THANK YOU, TEAM HARI!
